Quality education, in partnership with our community
Because we are the demonstration school for Lilongwe Teachers Training College, student teachers carry out their teaching practice in our classrooms, mentored by our experienced teachers. Our learners benefit from well-prepared, learner-centred lessons — and Malawi gains teachers who have practised with real classes.
Programmes
Three sections, one school
Infant section
Children join Standard 1 at age six and build early literacy and numeracy in Chichewa and English.
Junior section
Learners broaden into science, social studies, agriculture and expressive arts, with continuous assessment each term.
Senior section
Preparation for the Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination and selection to Form One, with school, zonal and city mocks.
